Is ManageBac Training Academy intended for new users or those with prior ManageBac experience?
Our hosts and guest presenters cater workshop content to suit all levels of user experience. The basics are covered to give new users foundations to build upon, and a wealth of best practices are also shared to support our more seasoned users. If you are interested in being a guest presenter at a future Training Academy workshop, please contact our community team.
Do I need to be a ManageBac Admin to attend?
We provide guidance on the intended audience for each session in the Workshop Schedule above, and on each registration page. Many workshops are suitable for a range of different users, but if you have any queries about a particular session, please contact our community team! We especially welcome users who have recently taken on more responsibility for their school’s ManageBac account.
Is there a cost to attend ManageBac Training Academy workshops?
Registration for each Training Academy workshop is priced at $29USD. This cost includes all workshop resources, a recording of the session, and a certificate of participation, which can be used to evidence your professional development. All ManageBac Training Academy graduates are also invited to progress to our ManageBac Certified Educator programme – allowing you to formally advance your knowledge of the ManageBac platform and associated best practices. More details will be shared with Training Academy participants following their workshop.

As part of our commitment to delivering first-class training and support to all our schools, ManageBac Admins can always arrange complimentary online training, tailored to your school’s needs, via our regular booking service. Book any day or time of the year, we just need 24hrs notice to arrange and confirm the session with you. You can find out more here!
I need urgent support, who can I reach?
All ManageBac schools receive unlimited complimentary telephone and email support for Administrators, Teachers, Parents and Students. Our support desk is serviced 24hrs a day Monday-Friday, with dedicated weekend cover for urgent queries and for our schools in the Middle East. Simply submit a request via our Help Centre or contact us via phone or email.
