ManageBac – OpenApply Integration Update

We have recently deployed a major update to the synchronization of data between ManageBac and OpenApply.

The new integration features:

• Two-way synchronisation of key demographic fields for students and parents
• Synchronization of all Enrolled, Withdrawn and Graduated students
• A daily sync digest that details the records created, updated, or skipped, alongside any errors triggered.

This new deploy provides greater transparency to the data flow between our systems and reduces duplicative & manual work for our users.
