API Reference Docs Update

ManageBac API documentation has been refreshed and moved within Settings under the Develop section. The public API documentation now requires an Administrator login in order to access API reference docs (i.e. you will not be able to access API docs from our public site).

Additionally, we have added new sample reference data together with guidance text to better explain key API endpoints and how they can be used for your integrations.
