The 2021/2022 academic year webinar series is well under way, with more than 30 hours of curated content from the ManageBac Curriculum & Support teams watchable on demand, and much more content to come!

New In-app User Setup Checklists (All Users) and Year Group & Class QuickStart Guides (Admins & Teachers)
Admins, teachers, students and parents can find their own personal setup checklist directly on their dashboard. This checklist ensures that their profile has up-to-date information, including name, email, profile photo, and notification settings.
New QuickStart Checklists have been added to Year Groups and Classes, to ensure all necessary information has been configured. QuickAdd options will also assist new users with creating their first unit, adding a new task or uploading files, all in a few clicks.
ManageBac Help Centre (All Users)
The ManageBac Help Centre has been given an upgrade, with new content, organisation, consolidation across products (for those schools using additional Faria services such as OpenApply, SchoolsBuddy, Pamoja & OSC), and a new look!
Featuring text tutorials with annotated screens, short How-To videos, webinars on demand, exemplar resources, and now integrated blogs, it’s your one-stop resource centre.
Support Team & Services
Our friendly Support team handle more than 35k support emails, 7k phone calls and 2k trainings each year, and are always there to support your needs. Look out for the Faria Implementation Manager releasing in Q4, 2021, aimed at supporting your administration & tech director team to get your account setup in a best practice manner, arrange to meet with your account manager, check-off annual To-do’s, access resources, and arrange training for your faculty.
