Apologies for the extended downtime this afternoon. We had to make an emergency security update to ManageBac to respond to: https://www.us-cert.gov/ncas/alerts/TA14-098A
The update required a full system reboot, and the file consistency check took longer than we originally expected resulting in the total maintenance downtime lasting over 2 hours and 30 min.
We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience caused and the abruptness of this security update. We aim to keep uptime above 99.9% at all times, but any security issue will always be our top priority. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
