We are excited to release our enhanced integration with AssessPrep for online assessments & exams – available now in all ManageBac Classes.
What is AssessPrep?
AssessPrep allows Teachers to easily create online assessments & exams directly from your ManageBac Classes. Together with our built-in QuestionBank and the OSC Study App, Teachers can now access pre-built formative, summative and past exam paper questions for the IB Continuum.
What’s new in the ManageBac integration?
For the upcoming 2021-22 academic year, Teachers will discover an enhanced, seamless integration with AssessPrep across four key areas:
Classroom Sync
With Classroom Sync: all your student & teacher accounts will be automatically synced to AssessPrep, so you never have to worry about messy CSV imports or lost setup time.
Single-Sign-On
One-click Single-Sign-On from ManageBac directly into AssessPrep via the Accounts Portal menu, directly from the Calendar or via Classes for students & teachers.
One-click Online Assessment Creation
Just like our ManageBac <> Turnitin integration, you will be able to seamlessly create or link existing AssessPrep online assessments within your ManageBac Tasks.
Gradebook Sync
All AssessPrep grades (including MYP assessment criteria) are auto-synced back into your ManageBac Gradebook, so if you have auto-scored quizzes in AP, you never have to worry about keeping your ManageBac Gradebook up-to-date.
And lastly, you will still be able to leave annotations & assessment feedback for your students within your ManageBac split-screen gradebook.

1. Can I trial AssessPrep?
Our Services Manager allows ManageBac Administrators to easily enable a 30-day Self-Service trial, it can be accessed via Settings > Services Manager within ManageBac. Otherwise, please reach out to us at sales@managebac.com, and your account manager will enable a trial for you within 24 working hours.
2. How can I purchase AssessPrep and what does it cost?
AssessPrep is provided as an annual subscription service, and the cost varies with the total number of students. For more information and an official quotation, please contact us with your student numbers at sales@managebac.com.
3. How can I organize AssessPrep training if I have questions?
If your school is already subscribed to AssessPrep, feel free to share your questions with us at support@managebac.com and our team will be happy to assist you.
4. How can I enable the new AssessPrep – ManageBac Classes Integration?
To ensure a smooth rollout, we are inviting schools to beta test this integration over the next two weeks through mid-October. If your school would like to join our focus group, please reach out to us at support@managebac.com. The integration will then be automatically enabled for all our partner schools later this month.
