As the middle level to our full ManageBac Certification, the Certified Educator programme aims to foster a culture of continuous learning within the ManageBac community. It is designed to equip administrators and teachers involved in the delivery of the different International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes with the essential skills and knowledge to proficiently utilise the ManageBac platform.
The programme provides educators with the means to master the use of the ManageBac platform and to be recognised for their expertise. Each asynchronous, online exam can be undertaken whenever, wherever – with helpful resources provided to support meaningful, self-paced revision, and assessments tailored to specific roles and academic programmes.
The Certified Educator programme serves as the cornerstone for professional growth and the advancement of teaching and learning.

Ryan is passionate about international education, design thinking and innovation. Currently he is the Head of Community at Faria Education Group, a global leader in international education systems and services. In his role, he is responsible for the professional learning and community initiatives across the different systems at Faria.
Prior to joining Faria, he was an IB Diploma Program Coordinator in the Philippines. During his time as IB DP Coordinator, he spearheaded various initiatives and events for the IB community at Xavier School and the IB Network in the Philippines. He was also a part-time lecturer at the Ateneo de Manila, Philippines, teaching college-level courses such as Creativity and Problem Awareness, Visual Thinking and Digital Society.
Developing these certification courses allowed me to share my experience as a former DP Coordinator and ManageBac Administrator. These certifications provide DP teachers and administrators the opportunity to sharpen and demonstrate their pedagogical and technical skills that they can bring with them wherever they go.
