Ryan is passionate about international education, design thinking and innovation. Currently he is the Head of Community at Faria Education Group, a global leader in international education systems and services. In his role, he is responsible for the professional learning and community initiatives across the different systems at Faria.
Prior to joining Faria, he was an IB Diploma Program Coordinator in the Philippines. During his time as IB DP Coordinator, he spearheaded various initiatives and events for the IB community at Xavier School and the IB Network in the Philippines. He was also a part-time lecturer at the Ateneo de Manila, Philippines, teaching college-level courses such as Creativity and Problem Awareness, Visual Thinking and Digital Society.
