Quick Links offers a convenient way to access important resources, featuring customisable links on the Home page and top navigation bars. This feature is designed to provide straightforward and quick access to the tools and information you need.
Tailored Navigation for Every User
Administrators now have the flexibility to create Quick Links tailored to the unique needs of their school community. Admins can navigate to Settings > School Settings > Quick Links Roster to view and manage these sets of links. Whether it’s resources for teachers, specific information for students, or key updates for parents, these links can be customised to ensure relevant and quick access for all.
Personalised User Experience
With Quick Links, you can set up folders of links that are visible to specific user roles, including the ability to target visibility by student grade levels. This customisation ensures a more relevant and streamlined experience for each user, enhancing their daily interaction with educational resources.
Accessible Everywhere
Beyond the Home page, Quick Links are integrated into the top navigation bar, making them easily accessible from any page. This ensures that your most important resources are always just a click away, no matter where you are in the system.
